Natalie is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and coach! Natalie currently owns and operates 4 businesses; Legacy Lacrosse, Milestone Manor, Legacy Leaders Academy, and Reliance Enterprises. Business is her marketplace ministry but it is led by her first passion, coaching, mentoring, and building up the generations.

Natalie, aka Coach Nat, has been coaching for over 15 years. God placed on her heart the generations when she was in her early 20s. The refinement, softening, and equipping has been one of the most rewarding journeys. As a coach, she has been commissioned to not only empower and mentor the generations, but to help them walk in their authority! 

She is in the business of building, in every capacity. Natalie refers to herself as a pioneer with God as her compass, steering her every step of the way. She also understands pioneering is no easy feat and requires a perseverance and strength only from God. With coaching as an anointing, Coach Nat loves to build teams and bring people together to do extraordinary things!

She understands firsthand what it is to build and empower not only in business, but on the field and in people. She grew her first business to 6 figures in the first 6 months! She also has won 3 championships, 1 as a player and 2 as a head coach. Success looks a bit different for her and how she approaches a winning mindset. 

If you know Natalie, you know that her faith is the cornerstone of her life, and all things flow from that. She also believes that discipleship is not only a declaration, but a relationship that is built. There’s that word again ;-) She believes in order to really show the love of Jesus, you must bless, fellowship, minister, and then proclaim the Kingdom; in that order! 

Her most important role is being a wife to the love of her life, Steve and a mama to her precious boys, Maximus (9), Marcus (7), and Maverick (4).
